What Not to Take in If you have an Active Bladder
Is your bladder overly active? Do you feel like you are constantly getting up to visit the toilet? Have you experimented with everything You Can see to stop those frequent trips into the restroom at work? Most people think that it is the intake of fluid that affects the amount of relief our bladders need during the day. This is the reason that a lot more people end up unintentionally dehydrating themselves in their attempts to stay out of the toilet. It is advisable to adhere to a raw food diet and have your medical professional look for leaky gut on a regular basis.
Would you believe that it is also the solid foods that you eat that can contribute to your "pee breaks" during the day? The real truth is that a "number one" toilet break is merely another way for your body to rid itself of waste. The waste accumulates equally through fluid and solid intakes. The waste you get rid of can be from things that are each liquid and solid--it doesn't matter what form it is in when you eat or drink it.
While Vitamin C is important for fighting off bacterial infections, it has been confirmed that citrus fruits can upset the bladder. This is mainly due to the fact that lots of citrus fruits are made up of acid and that is why they need to be avoided both as solids and as juices. The key sources of this acid are pineapples (which isn't technically a citrus fruit but is equally irritating to your system), lemons, tangerines, grapefruits and oranges. Instead, stay with fruits like bananas, pears, apples and also berries for your Vitamin C absorption.
Try to not cry over this too much but when you have an overactive bladder, you need to stay away from eating too much chocolate. Chocolate has caffeine inside it. Your bladder doesn't like it very much if you ingest caffeine and it will send you to the toilet quite a lot when you take in lots of it. This is equally true pertaining to caffeinated drinks. If you've been making many visits to the lavatory, lay off of the caffeine both in solid and liquid form. Choose dark chocolate as well as decaffeinated drinks as a substitute.
Foods that have substantial amounts of spiciness can also be greatly irritating to your bladder. This could be hard to accept for people who like spicy foods but if you don't want to spend your entire night running to the toilet, you want to avoid the foods that are spiciest like wasabi sauce, spicy nachos, etc. If it can make your eyes and nose run you can guess it is going to make other parts of your body run as well. Choose less spicy variants of those foods that way you will get the taste without the irritation of your bladder.
We tend to imagine that if it comes out of our body in liquid form then it must have gone into our bodies in liquid form. This is generally not completely correct. What comes out of the body is just the aspects of what we have eaten that our bodies cannot use and it releases that extra stuff (also called waste) in whatever manner is the most convenient for it.
